Kai Zheng, born in November 1967, Ph.D., Safety Technology Research and Development Center of Jiangsu Special Equipment Safety Supervision and Inspection Research Institute, senior engineer at researcher level, obtained a doctorate of science in acoustics from Nanjing University in 2006, pressure vessel inspector, pressure pipeline inspector , UT/RT/PT grade III; MT/TOFD/ECT/AE grade II.
Introduction
Presided over or participated as a backbone in a series of non-destructive testing new technology application scientific research projects (including more than 10 key projects above the provincial and ministerial level: 7 quality inspection public welfare projects, 4 scientific and technological projects of the General Administration of Market Supervision (including the former quality inspection), provincial industry prospects and key core technologies - 1 competition project, 3 projects issued by the provincial society, and 3 science and technology projects of the State Administration of Work Safety), the main focus is on the application of non-stop and long-term non-destructive testing technology for special equipment, including high-temperature environments. Various ultrasonic testing technologies (pulse echo, TOFD, electromagnetic ultrasonic, magnetostrictive guided wave and laser ultrasonic, etc.), as well as automatic online testing technology for large-scale pressure-bearing special equipment. Proposed and participated in the development of corrosion detection device for gas storage wells. The technical leader of "National Pressure Pipeline Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" and "National Chemical Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center". Take the lead in carrying out industrial application and standardization research of new non-destructive testing technologies such as industrial ultrasonic phased array technology and computer radiography technology in China. Participate in the formulation and completion of 3 national standards, 2 industry standards, 1 local standard, and 2 enterprise standards. Currently participating in the formulation of 2 national standards, 2 industry standards, 1 landmark and 1 group standard; published more than 30 academic papers, including 9 SCI retrievals and 22 EI retrievals, and obtained 11 national patent authorizations, including invention patents 5 patents, 5 utility model patents, 1 appearance patent, and a number of invention patent applications. He has won the third prize of the "Science and Technology Promoting Inspection" of the General Administration twice, the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Special Inspection Association twice, and the second prize of the Provincial Bureau of Science and Technology twice.
In 2013, it was selected as the third level of the fourth phase of the "333 Project" in Jiangsu Province in 2013. In 2007 and 2016, he was selected as the second level of the talent training plan of Jiangsu Quality Supervision Bureau twice, and was awarded the title of "Provincial Quality Supervision System Technical Leader". In 2017, he was selected as the fourth industrial professor of Jiangsu Province (employed by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics), part-time doctoral tutor and master tutor of Southeast University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
