Promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements
In the field of electrified railway safety detection technology, the application of photoelectric detection technology has made a major breakthrough, and achieved particularly prominent economic and social benefits in the domestic industry. ① "Pantograph-catenary state dynamic detection device" is a scientific research project approved and appraised by the Ministry of Railways (ranked second). It uses photoelectric reflection sensor to detect the pull-out value of the contact wire, and the air-isolated photoelectric signal transmission system realizes the signal of high and low voltage isolation transmission, reaching the international advanced level. The device has won the national key new product, the invention patent in 2000, the third prize of Sichuan Province Science and Technology Progress Award in 2000, and the maintenance system of the Ministry of Railways focuses on promoting new technologies and new products. 200 locomotives have been promoted and applied, and the operating lines cover more than 98% of the national electrification mileage. The installed models include various types of electric locomotives operated in China, and Sichuan TV's "Kehai Starry Sky" column and CCTV 2 made special reports. ② "Rapid automatic bow lowering device for pantograph and catenary failure" is a scientific research project approved and appraised by the Ministry of Railways (ranked fourth), which can realize rapid and automatic bow lowering in the event of a vicious pantograph catenary failure in electrified railways, and maximize the protection of catenary and receivers. Pantograph, the appraisal opinion " belongs to the domestic leading level and fills the domestic gap". Obtained two utility model patents, and won the national key new product in 2002. As the new three safety testing equipment of the railway maintenance system, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Railways, it has been installed on all new locomotives and existing locomotives since 2001. At present, it has been installed and used in 8 electrified railway bureaus and 7 electric locomotive factories. Among them, there are 1466 sets of existing locomotives (Zhengzhou, Beijing, Chengdu, Kunming, Liuzhou, Shanghai Railway Bureau, Guangzhou Railway Group, etc.), 556 sets of newly built locomotives (Zhuzhou, Datong, Dalian, Ziyang), 26 sets of overhauled locomotives, It has played a major role in ensuring the safe operation of electrified railways, and achieved significant economic and social benefits.
③ "General Electric Circuit Detector for Internal Combustion and Electric Locomotives", a scientific and technological development plan project of the Ministry of Railways in 2000, passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements in Sichuan Province in 2001, Sichuan Kejian [2001] No. 327, ranked fourth, and was awarded the national level in 2002. Key new products (item number: 2002ED810019). At present, 120 units have been used in 8 railway bureaus and more than 40 locomotive depots along the whole road, providing technical parameters for locomotive condition repair. ④ "Pantograph and Roof Condition Detection Device for Locomotive Storage", a scientific and technological development plan project of the Ministry of Railways in 2000 (2000J49), which passed the technical review of the Ministry of Railways in 2001. The device adopts advanced photoelectric detection technology, the optical position sensor detects the wear of the sliding plate, and the optical reflection sensor detects the time of the pantograph lifting and lowering. The main technical parameters of the state replace the current manual detection methods such as power failure, roof boarding, and visual inspection. It has been listed as the new three safety testing equipment for the railway maintenance system, and was rated as a national key new product in 2004. It is currently installed and used in Beijing, Chengdu, Kunming, Lanzhou, Fuzhou, Liuzhou, Guangzhou Railway and other railway bureaus. ⑤ "Dynamic detection device for rolling stock wheelset" is a project of the Ministry of Railways in 2002. In September 2003, it passed the technical achievement appraisal of the Ministry of Railways and reached the international advanced level (ranked third). It has been put into use in Lanzhou Railway Bureau, and it is the only one in China. The wheelset dynamic detection device in the daily use stage was listed as a national key new product in 2004.
